Hey! Do you smell that? It’s the new computer smell that is wafting up from my desk. FINALLY, after three years of using the equivalent of a commodore 64, they replaced my computer. It’s a deeeluxe model with sound and everything!

P checked our joint account balance today and guess what? Time Warner Cable has done it again. Their hiring process must be interesting, “Are you completely incompetent? Do you enjoy a verbal lashing? Is you name unpronounceable in the English language? Congratulations, you start on Monday!” I spoke to no less than 8 people today trying to sort out our bill, AGAIN. Customer service sent me to accounts receivable; they passed the buck to payexpress who transferred me right back to customer service. Each time I asked for a supervisor I had to explain the story to the underling only to have to re-explain the situation to the head cheese (head cheese? Does that sound pervy to anyone else?).
What really wound me up was after I had just explained the whole situation (again); I was put on hold so they could “look into something” but disconnected me, which meant I had to start all over again with the next slob that answered the phone. It was enough to make me want to stab myself in the head.
If this isn’t resolved next month I will officially take it as having been served! They want me to bring it? Consider it broughten! After four months of arguing with them I think I deserve a little smack down. If you see a headline of a hostage situation at the shiny new offices of Time Warner Cable, you will know that libbyfish is on the warpath and IT WON’T BE PRETTY!!!
